forgive， pardon， excuse， condone
These verbs mean to refrain from imposing punishment on an offender or demanding satisfaction for an offense. The first three can be used as conventional ways of offering apology, as for minor infractions of social proprieties:

Excuse me, but I disagree with you. More strictly, to forgive  is to grant pardon without harboring resentment:

Pardon  more strongly implies release from the liability for or penalty entailed by an offense:

     今天学校组织实验班的学生进行数学二试，明天还有物理，后天还有化学。  

     这份试卷让我从期中考入年级前60的昏昏然中逐渐清醒过来。整整两篇卷子，我做的出的是少数。格是一定及不了了，我望着那卷子就想哭。我们班有的人竟然把卷子都撕了。

     这份题似乎根本就不适合我做。对现在的我来说，它实在过难了。

     如果考文科的，我也许是同龄人中的佼佼者。但在理科方面，我不得不承认，我和真正的尖子生还是有很大差距。

     难道这差距大的真的永远无法逾越吗？我不愿相信，也不能相信！

     终于有了自己的博客。

     以前总是羡慕别人写网络日志的洒脱，现在我也有了一个完全属于自己的虚拟空间。想写什么就写下来吧，不必有所顾忌。博客为我提供了一个与自己心灵对话的宽广平台。

     若干年后，还能看到自己中学时代的想法与感悟，那将是多么美好的事情。
